Tamiesha’s passion for newborn and child care started in 2008 when she had her own daughter who struggled with colic. Having found solutions and methods of settling and soothing her colicky baby, Tamiesha left her job in the hospitality industry to learn more about infant sleep and joined a top NYC agency where she spent 8 years working with all types of children- twins, preemies, colicky babies, and more.
Having become one of the most popular and requested practitioners at the agency, Tamiesha set off to start her own agency, Baby miracle sleep newborn care services in 2019.
“This is my passion and it all started with my very own blessing and the love of my life, Nyiesha, my 13-year-old daughter, says Tamiesha of her love of infant care."
Her approach to newborn care focuses on gradually teaching parents safe and effective practices to establish routines for their newborn babies. She teaches that with consistent routines comes great sleepers.
With a collection of glowing testimonials and references, Tameisha Graham Baker believes that a personal connection and communication are key to helping parents navigate the difficult newborn stage. She believes that agencies and practitioners should communicate with clients ahead of and during jobs, teaching and guiding the parents along the way- from the first phone call onward.
I want to be the help I wish I had when I had my daughter,” Tamiesha says. And her track record proves that she is.
